On September 11-12, 2024, Introspeck Management Consultancy led a two-day branding workshop organized by TBI Grains under the Department of Agriculture. Held at the Research Outreach Station for Lowland Development (RSLD) in Tarlac, the workshop brought together product incubators, researchers, and scientists. Participants learned to develop comprehensive brand identities for innovative products, including organic pigmented rice and mushroom-based meals. The workshop focused on branding fundamentals such as positioning, customer personas, brand stories, and packaging design, ultimately empowering participants to create market-ready brands that could support farmers' livelihoods.
